  My wife and I have had only one experience here, but we came away very satisfied on that occasion. Were not from the area but liked a small bookcase that we saw in the store during a visit. It seemed to be at a good price and we decided to buy it. The very pleasant and helpful person serving us said wed just missed their sale but he would give us the discount anyway. He then asked where wed parked our car and explained how to get to the back of the shop to pick up the bookcase. By the time I got there hed wrapped the bookcase and he helped get it into the car (a tight fit). As said, this was our one and only experience with them to date, so not really enough to judge their service in general. We will be going there again soon, but Im just a bit bothered that they havent responded fully and convincingly to the claims of poor service that two or three other customers have submitted.

Brittains Bed Department has up to 50 beds/mattresses on display at any one time including traditional divans, drawer sets, metal & wooden bedsteads, electric adjustable beds, bunk beds, guest beds etc. All beds are from well-known suppliers including, Relyon, Silentnight, Sealy, Myers and many more well known British manufacturers.
